Your tasks
- Checking our guests in and out
- Handling reservations and enquiries by phone and email
- Being a charming host to a discerning, international clientele
- Invoicing and billing, advising guests, guest care and recommendations on excursions and events
Your profile
- Completed training in the hotel or tourism industry
- Professional experience
- Well-groomed appearance, good manners and strong communication skills
- Team spirit and organisational talent
- Very good written and spoken German and English – additional languages are a plus
- A confident, guest-oriented manner
