Checking our guests in and out
Handling reservations and enquiries by phone and email
Being a charming host to a discerning, international clientele
Invoicing and billing, advising guests, guest care and recommendations on excursions and events

Your profile

Completed training in the hotel or tourism industry
Professional experience
Well-groomed appearance, good manners and strong communication skills
Team spirit and organisational talent
Very good written and spoken German and English – additional languages are a plus
A confident, guest-oriented manner
