Additional guests

For additional guests, we charge €15 per night per person.

Apartment or hotel room?

An apartment gives you everything a hotel room does – and much more: generous living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen and the freedom to plan your day independently of breakfast and restaurant hours. For families, groups and longer stays in particular, a holiday apartment is usually also the more affordable choice, because you book an entire apartment rather than individual rooms. And you will not have to go without the comforts you are used to: bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included, and our team is personally there for you.

Booking, changes & cancellation

Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you have booked, you can make changes and cancellations yourself. To do so, open the booking confirmation you received by email straight after booking and click the link “Detailed booking information” at the end of the email. On the following page, please enter the email address used for the booking and your surname. You can then view, change or cancel your booking.

Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.

Please note that for bookings made via booking portals such as Booking.com, the conditions stated there apply.

Check-in

Our team is happy to help by phone from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm – with any questions as well as tips and recommendations for Freiburg.

Check-in is possible between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. By prior arrangement, we can also make check-in available before 4:00 pm.

Arrival after 9:00 pm is also possible by prior arrangement. After 9:00 pm, you will receive your apartment key or room card from a key box or check-in kiosk. Please contact us in good time before your arrival.

Check-out

You can check out at your leisure until 11:00 am. When leaving the apartment, simply place the keys or the room card on the table and pull the door shut behind you.

A later departure is possible until 12:00 noon by prior arrangement – please contact our team. If you plan to leave earlier, we would appreciate a short message the day before so that our housekeeping team can plan accordingly.

Cleaning

For stays of seven days or more, we offer a free interim cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, taking out the rubbish, restocking toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a light cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen.

Additional interim cleanings at your preferred interval are available for €25 per cleaning. Please contact our team to arrange this.

On departure, we ask you to leave the apartment swept clean and with the dishes washed. Excessive soiling will be charged at a minimum of €25.

Cots & high chairs

We are happy to provide a baby cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve them in advance or contact our team during your stay.

Direct booking – your advantages

When you book directly through our website, you are guaranteed the best price – with no booking fees and no commission. Depending on the rate, you benefit from flexible change and cancellation options up to three days before arrival, and our team is there as your personal point of contact before, during and after your stay. What is more, exclusive offers such as the Long Stay Special with the discount code LONGSTAY (20% off stays of 30 nights or more) are only available when booking through our website.

Discount for longer stays

For longer stays, you benefit from attractive special rates. For stays of 30 nights or more, simply enter the discount code LONGSTAY when booking through our website and receive a 20% discount on the booking price.

Invoice

The invoice for your stay will be sent to you automatically by email on the day of departure. If you need a different billing address – for example a company address – please enter the desired address in our guest system. We will send you the corresponding link one day before arrival.

Lounge

Some of our apartment buildings have an outdoor lounge, which is available for you to relax in around the clock. We do ask you to be considerate of the other guests in the building. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am also apply in the lounges.

Luggage storage

If the property you have booked has a reception, we will be happy to take your luggage before check-in and store it for you until then. This is possible Monday to Friday from 11:00 am and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 1:00 pm. Please contact us directly, either by phone on the number stated in your booking or by email.

Parking

Some of our apartment buildings have their own parking spaces, which can be booked for a fee. We recommend reserving early, before your arrival. You can conveniently pay the fee online in advance or, at the latest, with our team on arrival. Please reserve a parking space using the contact details stated in your booking. If our parking spaces are fully booked, we will be happy to help you find a public car park.

Payment

Bookings made through our website can be paid conveniently by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

Pets

Pets are very welcome. To cover the additional cleaning, we charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet. Please register your pet with us before your arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in our apartments or anywhere inside our buildings. Please note that we will charge a fee of €300 in the event of non-compliance.

Sofa bed

Many apartments have a sofa bed for additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and would like to use the sofa bed, you will find the appropriate bed linen and towels in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about using it, please feel free to contact us.

Washing machine

Some of our apartments are equipped with a washing machine, which you can use free of charge, including the detergent provided. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What’s included

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin liners. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. If you need a top-up or would like anything else, just let us know. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all apartments.
